Maharashtra
Maharashtra tops with a GDP of around $510 billion. Mumbai, the capital city, is home to the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), Reserve Bank of India, and major corporate headquarters. The state thrives on industries like finance, entertainment, IT, textiles, and automobiles.
