Carson City is the capital city of Nevada and the tenth most populated city in the state, with 54,080 residents and a population density of 963 per km2. Las Vegas is the most populous city in Nevada, with a population of 603,488 according to the 2013 census and a covered area of 344 km2 with a density of 1,694 people per km2 in Clark County. Winchester has the greatest population density of 2,489 people per square kilometer.
